Excellent Place to Stay

We loved staying here! We were impressed by how spacious and clean the place was for the price! It was one of the more roomy places we had stayed in! Also, the bed was much nicer to sleep in than many we have slept in. The location is great also, especially if you like a more quiet and peaceful location.

Clean and comfortable

This is our second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean with extra bedding if needed. The bathroom is clean. The outdoor hot-tub was great. No issues whatsoever. We enjoyed getting to the property via the backroads from St George.

Short Thanksgiving trip in St. George

Excellent property with incredible owners. Everything was clean and the washer and dryer was key. The owners thought of everything, from a coffee machine and microwave to the soap and dryer sheets. All of the comforts of home.

Nice little spot

I appreciated everything about this property. It's conveniently located. It's spacious and allows plenty of privacy between rooms. The property manager was very helpful with my questions of the area and accomodating of the things i needed on a whim.

One night stay

This is a beautiful room to stay in. Very clean. Nice neighborhood. My #1 need on vacation is peace and quiet. We had traveled for many hours and really needed rest. We got there at 3pm. Someone was working/cleaning/banging upstairs until 9pm. This is a beautiful room. But if you are looking for a quiet place for rest, I’d look for something else.

Perfect place for two guys that came to climb rocks.

Perfect place for two friends on vacation to climb rocks with their SxS not lay around their room. No kitchen but didn’t need one. Owner was great, very friendly and helpful. Plan to stay here again.

Short stop on the way home

This place is immaculate. The hot tub was nice. It was too windy the day we were there to use the pickle-ball court, but hope to use it in the future. Would definitely stay here again. The host is a very nice guy. Family above was very quiet...we never heard them.

Don’t plan to eat anything

Couple of things I wish we would have known. Bring your own bowls, spoons, cups anything you may want to eat with. We planned a day of hiking so brought oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. There was a microwave to make it but absolutely no way to eat or fix it so we ended up at a Maverick. Second if you have two couples, one couple MUST walk through the others bedroom to use bathroom or to get outside. Could get very awkward! Other than that we loved the quiet, neighborhood feel.

Property is a super nice area, new construction, very clean. Not far from so many different things such as Sand Holllow State Park, Zion National State Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was very comfortable with this property.
