Five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including two master suites, mean two couples or families can each have their own private retreat. You'll have the whole property to yourselves.

A special feature is the large basement, with an open area where children can play and room for extra sleeping (air mattresses and bedding are not provided). Outside, there's a large patio and an enclosed back yard where kids can safely play with balls or their own riding toys.

Parking: The driveway is for guest parking. It fits up to 4 small cars or 2 full-size pickups/SUVs, and more parking is available on the street. The garage is reserved for owner storage.

Nearby: A park for the kids is just a block away, with walking paths close by. We're close to the State Fair Grounds and not far from restaurants and shopping.
