VILLA LJUBA - HVAR TOWN

Located in centre of town in the south-west of Hvar Island, Villa Ljuba is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool and a spa. Just 50 m from the sea and main town promenade, the villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and other amenities. There are plenty of tourist attractions on the island and frequent ferries to different parts of Croatia like the surrounding islands such a Brac or the city of Makarska on the mainland.

Villa Ljuba (450 sqm) develops over three floors.

On the lower floor, you will find a spa area (with a sauna, jacuzzi, massage room, shower, and toilet) and a wine cellar with a selection of first-class wines.

The main entrance is located on the ground floor, where you will find a comfortably furnished living room (with sofas and a fireplace) that opens onto a balcony, and a bright, well-equipped kitchen/dining room (with table seating 10 people). In the sleeping area on this level, you will find one double bedroom (with king-size bed) with private bathroom (with shower) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with private bathroom (with shower). Also on this level, you will find a guest bathroom (with toilet)

On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with king size beds) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds). All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms (two with a shower and one with a tub and shower).

Outside, you will find an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool (25 sqm; open when the villa is open for booking) with a roof that can be open or closed as well as a large, enclosed garden with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers) and an outdoor eating area (with a table seating 10).
