The space
Welcome to our newly renovated 2024 home, featuring all-new premium furniture, a brand-new kitchen, and the latest appliances. This charming Cape house is centered around an open living and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace and elegant hardwood floors, perfect for gathering and relaxation.

Our modern kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and direct access to a spacious fully furnished deck.

Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring two bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

Outdoor patio has a 7 ppl hot tub and a firepit.

- Ice maker in the freezer (no water dispenser)
- Staples like salt, pepper, oil, paper towel, dishwasher detergent

Guest access
Guest can use the entire house except the locked owners closet in the shared bathroom. All outdoor space and bikes are also available for the guests!
