A Lovely Hyannis Cottage
A late April getaway was enhanced by staying in this lovely cottage. It was wonderful ‘coming home’ to after a busy day exploring Cape Cod. The cottage is cosy and clean with a well-equipped kitchen - exactly what we want in a vacation rental. Communication was timely and efficient from start to finish. Thank you, Tom!

Comfortable and Convenient
Clean. Great location. Steps to beach. Easy access to stores, shops and restaurants. Deck with afternoon sun. Easy parking. (Early Spring stay, so cannot comment about the pool as it was closed, nor the BBQ since it was not yet available...which was unfortunate, given the great weather.) Would recommend and return!

Un endroit calme et situé près de magnifiques plages
Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 nuits en famille dans ce bel endroit idéalement situé. Proche de la plage, loin du bruit de la circulation tout en étant proche du centre-ville. Ce fût très pratique lorsque nous sommes partis en excursion à Nantucket ! Et le mémorial de JFK n'est pas loin non-plus. Une bonne adresse pour notre séjour ! Merci à Tom d'avoir toujours été très réactif à nos questions.

Great condo, great location

Another great stay
We came to here last year and again we loved it. The weather was cooler but we love that we are able to take a nice walk, have a view from the deck, and able to walk to town for dinner and shopping. We really enjoy your place. Thank you again!!

Beautiful stay
Tom’s cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was very convenient to get to the beach as well as easy access to good restaurants. Tom was very communicative and we experienced a stress-free, easy long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

Beautiful Location
This house is in a perfect location. 90 SECOND walk to the quiet, clean beach. Pool on site. 5-10 minutes into Hyannis and all its amenities. We loved being so close to the beach, no schlepping the kids into the car and driving to a beach, looking for parking, paying money every day and then schlepping back again!! Simply had to bring our beach bag and chairs and walk down to the sand and sea! I could easily have stayed longer. We were so relaxed in this quiet cul-de-sac but so near the town and all the tourist amenities we could want. Tom the host was great when we were in contact. I would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone who wants to visit the Cape.

Cozy cottage
Great location! Beautiful Beach. Great view of ocean from deck. Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway, could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Hosts were fantastic, checked in to make sure we arrived and that we had everything we needed.

Perfect for my family
This cottage was clean and set up with all that we needed. Keyes Beach is a short walk away which was really convenient. We preferred driving to Kalmus Beach which was only like a 5 minute drive. There are many shops and restaurants on Main Street which is also a short drive from here.

Great house will definitely be back and would recommend it
We stayed at this house for a weekend, my 2 sisters and brother-in-law. The house it’s self is clean very comfortable. Easy. Access, bed are comfortable,, You can see the beach from the deck. The beach it’s self is very clean with in walking distance . The sunrises and sunsets on the deck were beautiful and peaceful. The owner was super nice easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking for a great relaxing vacation, I will definitely be back

Little Gem in Hyannis
This property was a little gem! The location of the property was perfect. It was well appointed and adorably decorated. Perfect for a couple or a small family. We will definitely be returning. Our host had excellent communication before arrival and when we departed. I’m sure if we needed anything during our stay he would have immediately responded. We DEFINITELY would love to return!

I absolutely loved this place. Quiet, beautiful and a great place to relax. The owner was terrific and this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in my 62 young years. Late Autumn Getaway
We were extremely happy with this cottage! It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a cozy extended weekend. We were particularly impressed with how sparkling clean & fresh it was. The location is great, just a short walk to a pretty beach and quick drive to plenty of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the area right around the cottage as well as exploring other cool towns and beaches on the cape. We would stay here again and we would recommend this rental to others :)

Perfect location
We wanted to stay near the ocean and be able to walk to dinner, etc. It was perfect for our weekend. We had perfect weather to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the deck. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk the beach and then town for shopping and dinner. The place was cute and perfect for the two of us. Tom was wonderful to work with. We are hoping to come back again.

We love Hyannis
The property was small but charming and everything was just as seen in the photos. The bed was big and of high quality so very comfortable. Easy sight of and walking distance to the beach which at this time of year was deserted and beautiful. European visitors would like a kettle to make tea! We would recommend this property

Fantastic Cottage close to the Beach!

Perfect beach house for small family of 4!
We vacationed here for a week with our two kids 5 and 7 years old and it was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, perfect size, nice and clean. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus, other than that a quick trip to the grocery store for food and it had all that we needed!

4th of July Week
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Barnstable. The walk to the teach could not be beat and even on the busy 4th of July weekend, it was not overcrowded. The beach has the perfect temperature and has amazing sandbars you can walk in the morning. The location on the Cape was perfect and we explored the cape from Brewster and Harwich all the up to the Race Point Beach in P-town. The house was also conveniently located to the ferry, which we took and explored Nantucket. I could not have been a better week. From vineyards to the Cape Cod League games, it was an awesome experience. We definitely we be repeat renters, in hopefully the near future.

A central delight
Centrally located, with a cozy little beach just steps away and easy day trips all over the Cape (literally; we spent days in Ptown and an afternoon in New Bedford; everything is in easy reach) this cottage was a delightful home for our family of four for a week. The kitchen packs everything you could ever need into the space, the bedrooms are perfectly arranged for comfort, the deck is a delightful meal space. The pool was so much fun for the kids— everything was so very smooth thanks to a most thoughtful host. Thanks for a great week!

Great home base for exploring the Cape
We really enjoyed our week at Tom's cottage. The central location was ideal for our family to explore the National Seashore beaches, Hyannis port, and other attractions on the Cape. The front deck was awesome for relaxing at the end of the day - we could hear the waves from the beach right at the end of the street. We'd definitely return in the future!

Great getaway
We spent a relaxing weekend during the off-season at Tom's place. We had the place to ourselves (it was Easter)! The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. Location was excellent for walking the beach (within view of the unit). There are many restaurants within the area and other great places to visit. If the kids weren't with us, we would have gone to Nantucket for the day. Another time! We will certainly keep this place in mind to do just that. Thank you Ferrone's!

A perfect escape.
We loved the Ferrone property. It really is that close to the beach, about 120 steps. The cottage is equipped perfectly and the beds are comfortable. That’s a big deal for us!! Tom was accessible and responsive, and it really was lovely that the only cleaning requirement was that dishes were washed. Some places require renters to really clean everything despite charging a cleaning fee. I felt like we really had a great stay with all of this care.

Wonderful getaway
The property being so close to the beach and cozy is a perfect getaway for small families. Tom was super responsive and helpful. Would love to return back during summer!

Wonderful Stay
The place was spotlessly clean, with plenty of room. Easy to understand directions on how to use all the available things that were included. Super nice safe location, walking distance to the water and main street. Would definitely stay there again !!!

Wonderful vacation
My husband and I stayed 4 nights at this property for an anniversary trip. Everything was extremely clean, Tom was very friendly and easy to get ahold of. The property is exactly as described and definitely deserves all 5 stars. The ocean is viewable from the property and literally steps away. The sunrises are beautiful on the beach! Also loved how close Main Street is, shopping and great restaurants were not far at all. We will definitely be back! Thank you Tom and Kerry for a great stay.

Wonderful Place
Staying in Hyannis was a great choice! The owner, Tom, was very helpful & responded quickly to all my questions. The house was charming, convenient, very clean, and just right for a girls weekend. I would highly recommend!!

Hyannis, Great Town
We had the best of times this week. The cottage was so clean and convenient, and the view of the beach was great. The area was rich with places to shop and eat. We will definitely be back. G&L

Beautiful, quiet spot near the shore,
This spot was even better than advertised, across from a city park on a quiet dead end near a sandy shore that includes a boardwalk leading around the bay. Tidy, well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Enjoyed the Kennedy and Maritime Museums in Hyannis. Highly recommend!
