Vienes al cabo por la playa ... así que, ¿por qué no te quedas a solo unos pasos? Esta encantadora casa de campo de dos dormitorios y un baño en un tranquilo callejón sin salida se encuentra a pocos pasos de Keyes Memorial Beach. Tiene capacidad para 6 personas en 1 cama king, 2 camas gemelas y 1 sofá cama Queen extraíble. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de la playa, ir de compras, comer o simplemente descansar y relajarse.

Al entrar, lo primero que notará es el techo de la catedral, que abre el espacio luminoso y espacioso donde hemos llevado la sensación de que el Cabo dentro y en toda la casa. Se puede acceder al baño Jack & Jill desde cualquiera de los dormitorios y se proporcionan toallas y ropa de cama.

La cocina totalmente equipada hace que la preparación de comidas caseras sea práctica, eficiente y asequible. Ya sea que tome un tazón de cereal rápido para el desayuno en la mesa de la cocina o disfrute de bistec a la parrilla a la perfección en su propio patio privado, esta casa de campo será su casa de vacaciones lejos de casa. Para aquellos que prefieren la buena comida, los restaurantes y las actividades del centro histórico de Hyannis están a solo una milla de distancia.

My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.

Cheerful and well appointed cottage just steps from a beautiful beach. We also enjoyed walking to Main Street Hyannis with its fun shops and delicious array of restaurants. Steve, our host, was very attentive and checkin in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to go again to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay there and can definitely see staying there again. Very convenient to really everything you might want to do. Restaurants nearby as well as the beaches, beautiful places, and boardwalks over the marshes. Also, very clean and comfortable.

Loved the rental. Perfect setting, loved being able to walk 2 minutes and be on the beach! So much nicer than a hotel room, very clean and comfortable for the four of us. Steve was a very kind and helpful host!

This beautiful property has an amazing view of the water. The beach is two minutes away on foot and there were multiple places to eat, even out of season. The house was neat and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

The cottage was immaculate. The King bed was very comfortable. The perfect place for a couple to spend a vacation. Steve was very attentive and checked in with us via email and text to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely rent the cottage again. Location was perfect. Anyone looking to rent this cottage will be a happy vacationer!

This cottage was perfect for me, my husband, and two adult daughters. It is exactly as advertised and the owner is very communicative and helpful recommending local restaurants, etc. We definitely would stay here again if we travel to the Cape. The beach is very close and we could see the water from the cottage. Great location!

I spent the weekend in this adorable cottage after waking up in 5 different states 5 days in a row for a work trip. The location is perfect and the sunrise and sunsets from the beach were some of the most vibrant and colorful I have ever seen. I’m sure this is an amazing place to vacation in the summer but the quiet and solitude of November was its own treasure. And I was able to visit Walden Pond on my way to Boston Airport—-just a quick 30 minute detour and well worth the visit.

Where to begin! The cottage could not have been more perfect and romantic! Such a great location and beautiful area! You really are just steps away from the beach (which we walked to) AND can see and hear the water from the front patio. It was just tranquil, relaxing, and perfect for our Honeymoon! You are close to just about everything and our last day we went to Chatham, which was only a little over a half hour drive. We did some sight seeing, visited lighthouses, saw a glass blowing demonstration, the JFK museum, visited Bass Hole (A MUST!), Scargo Tower (also A MUST!) and of course did some shopping and eating out! It was hard to leave! The host, Steve, couldn't have been more kind and was easy to reach with any questions (it was our first Vrbo stay). We are already planning to come back in the spring and using Steve again! Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It was clean and comfortable, with extra blankets for the chilly nights. It was nicely located to accommodate our beach hopping and to explore the many quaint towns and villages on the Cape. One drawback was the TV was a bit frustrating to use.

This perfectly formed little cottage is immaculately decorated and is bigger than it appears in the listing. It is perfectly located for access to the beach, Hyannis main street and ferries, and is right in the middle of the Cape for access to all that it offers. Steve was super responsive and the check in process was seamless. Would definitely stay again.

This was perfect for us as we needed a place to stay for a short notice family emergency. I wish we had a chance to stay longer, but if we should have an opportunity to come up for an actual vacation, will definitely try to stay here.
