Direct access to the Bergerie beach through the gate of the residence located on the beach, will allow you to enjoy an easy and secure swim due to the shallow depth of the water (gently sloping) facing the Isles of 'Hyères (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, Le Levant).
What a pleasure to come bathe just a few meters from the studio, a towel, a swimsuit and ready for the dive !!!

You will find a fully equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds separated by a wall from the other bedroom with a double bed.
The bathroom consists of a shower and the toilets are independent.

You will have the pleasure of enjoying a private, furnished terrace that preserves calm and privacy.

You will benefit from reversible air conditioning, TV with flat screen as well as internet connection, Wi Fi.

You have private, secure parking.

The private area of the residence offers 3000 m², fenced facing the sea and the Iles d'Hyères. This space has deckchairs, chairs, tables, a ping pong table, table football, a pétanque court and a barbecue area to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of this enchanting place.
