A wonderful, secluded 2 story cabin, deck, fire pit, stocked pond for fishing.

  • Looking for a way to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and create memories with your spouse, friends, or family, this is the place to make this happen. Wonderful cabin located just outside of Paradise, Utah 15 minutes to Logan, Utah and 5 minutes to Hyrum Dam. The cabin has two stories. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, board games, wood burning fire place, air conditioning, large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms, both with very comfortable queen beds, and a full bath. Walking outside you will find a patio with a Weber grill and flat top grill for cooking, a large fire pit, a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking. Access is down a gravel road. We recommend 4-wheel or all-wheel drive high-clearance vehicles. The cabin sleeps 4 in two queen beds, but has two long leather couches and a leather love seat couch (extra bedding as well) on the main floor where others could sleep and tents are allowed.

    2025 Upgrade: We installed a new water system at the cabin. The kitchen sink now has an osmosis filter and the entire cabin has a new filtration system. The water is clean, safe to drink, and should have no sulfur odor.

It was a wonderful couple of nights away with my husband. He loved the fishing pond and caught some fish pretty easily. The view and property were so serene. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful!

Secluded, quiet, pastoral, scenic, a step back in time away from the hubbub of modern stresses and living. The WiFi was great but not relevant for what I came for. The wildlife and farm animals provided all that.

We traveled to Utah for our son’s graduation from Utah State University, and while Utah is undeniably beautiful, the place we stayed revealed a whole new level of its beauty. Absolutely perfect setting for anything and everything you need for a weekend of relaxing. Hammocks, sky chairs, a pond great for fishing or bird watching. This was a gorgeous getaway!

Lovely Visit to Almost Paradise Cabin

This is our 2nd time staying at this lovely cabin. The family and I had an amazing time. We loved the upgrades to the new water filtration system, and the cabin was clean and inviting. We had the best time fishing, star gazing, playing yard games and feeding the horses.We will definitely be returning to have another fun and relaxing little getaway in the near future.

Wonderful property, beautiful and secluded. A little off the beaten path, but worth it. Convenient to Hyrum and Logan. Bruce and family were wonderful to deal with. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat near Logan, you can’t go wrong.

Awesome Cabin in Paradise

Our stay was awesome. We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, and loved the property. The large wrap-around patio along with the large outdoor areas, pond, and horses was awesome. The property was very clean and welcoming and all the amenities were awesome for a group of 4 adults. Will stay there again in the future.

Little slice of Heaven

Beautiful, clean, well equipped and seating in the shade everywhere. No city noise. Fishing was awesome.View spectacular. Booking was easy and the owner was very accommodating and pleasant. Hope to make it back next year!
