“Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out.
The hotel is located in a industrial area
Bathroom was worn but not the worst.
The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free.
Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point.”

“The breakfast started at 7 am, so when I asked any packed sandwich, it was simply refused, NO!
When I discovered at around 10 pm that the window is a single glazed, very old, without any sound-thermal isolation, asked another, more quieter room, but the housekeeper said, I can leave if I do not like it. Of course without any refunding.
So it was a very unpleasant, big disappointing.”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”
