They shifted us to another floor, one room was ready the other wasn't hoovered and no toiletry's, cups or towel were in the other room. On checkout the next manager tried to charge us for the room service from the room were shift from because they didn't log the change on the system. Restaurant however was great and service was excellent. It was like a different place.”

“They don’t even provide basics, no water in the bathroom, no WiFi and booked with AC yet they provided non AC, when asked for water for bathroom their reply was so lethargic “it will take 2-3 hrs, that too in the morning around 9AM. Like which hotel does that. They are not fit to run hotel.”

“It is very difficult to find, they have big stairs to go to elevator and this hotel is only if you want to go for one night stands and hook ups Staff if pathetic, the room smell dirty, and their number does not work, even booked for breakfast and did not provided anything. Don't book with them, you will regret every penny. Staff sleeps at main entrance on sofa for customer and no room service or housekeeping available.”
