“Property was great. When we arrived the room had not been cleaned. We had to dry the sheets and make the beds. We were almost out of toilet paper. There was no paper towels. There were dirty dishes on the counter. It took 3 phone calls to finally get some where there to finish what we had not done and to bring supplies. Very unhappy with the experience. Really bad way to start our vacation.”

“We loved this VBRO. It was perfect for our family of 4. The lift was easily accessible, just a short walk before you put on skis. You come off the hill right at the parking spot for the unit. Some of the other units at the resort have a longer trek, so this was nicely located for easy access to the hill. It was a beautiful home, very clean, comfortable beds. We had a great time! It snowed a lot during our stay and they were quick to plow the road and shovel our walkway, which was a nice...
