“honestly, me and my family were disappointed, Heather doesn't work, we asked for extra towels and they denied, we rented the room for breakfast service in the morning and they don't have it, we wanted to go into the pool and it's empty, the room smells like food, sorry but the truth is so bad... I'm sorry but I would never return here”
