Staff person is very good.rohit and ajamal is very helpful person.everthing is perfect.one day only trouble in hot water.hot water is come in 6 to 8am and eveni g 7.30 to 9.30 pm . In this room nocellong fan avaible. So when hot weather in munnar it is terrible. So when you plan keep in mind. “Nos hicieron un upgrade sorpresa y fue muy agradable. Teníamos la Pool Villa con piscina propia. Muy cerca del coffee shop, muy tranquilo también. Quisimos quedarnos una noche mas y como no habían mas habitaciones, se las arreglaron para prepararnos una pieza improvisada y se mostraron preocupados de que no nos faltara nada. El wifi no funcionaba pero tb me facilitaron su computador. Un agrado realmente este hotel.”
