Welcome to Idyllwild Dairy Hen! Enjoy a weekend in this cozy cabin surrounded by tall pines and be walking distance to everything you need! This home sleeps 5-6 guests and is less than a ¼ mile from town. The home has two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom is downstairs and has a queen sized bed. 2nd bedroom is in the upstairs loft which has the queen bed as well as the single bed. There is also a half bathroom upstairs in the loft as well.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential pots, pans, utensils, dishware, etc. There is an internet TV in the home and complimentary Wi-Fi available for use. We also have other properties managed nearby so if you are with a large group of guests and are wanting to be nearby but not in the same home, then Idyllwild Dairy Hen is a perfect choice!

Hang outside and enjoy the wonderful tree and peek-a-boo Lily Rock views while you enjoy a glass of wine on the deck.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

This vacation rental is not equipped with air-conditioning.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund, plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are Allowed for November, December, and January.

- Pets: We do allow dogs, however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

Check-in instructions: On your arrival day, the reserving guest will receive a text with check-in instructions between 3:30 and 4:00 PM. Please stop by our office to retrieve your key from the lockbox.

- Parking: Free parking is available for 2 vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- Outdoor lighting: Please note that outdoor lighting must comply with Riverside County regulations and must not blink, flash, or rotate. Guests will be held liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

- County permit number: RVC-1363

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $28 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
