Cabaña de montaña - ¡Viejo encanto de Idyllwild! Se admiten perros

Esta maravillosa cabaña de 2 dormitorios de la década de 1930 muestra el antiguo encanto de Idyllwild. Es difícil encontrar lugares únicos como este, especialmente cerca de la ciudad. Esta casa tiene hermosos pisos de madera dura de abeto Douglas, paredes y techos de cedro. Una gran sala de estar y chimenea / inserto, y ventanas de bolsillo muy exclusivas. Nuestra cocina de campo de estilo antiguo tiene un área de comedor espaciosa con un área de terraza pequeña adyacente para tomar café o té por la mañana. Nuestra cabina también cuenta con una cubierta cerrada muy grande con mucho espacio para cocinar y disfrutar del aire libre. También es un gran lugar para que las mascotas las mantengan seguras cuando están afuera. Estamos cerca de la ciudad aproximadamente 1/2 milla o aproximadamente 20-25 minutos a pie. A solo 3 minutos o menos en coche. Nuestra casa es ideal para familias o simplemente para una pareja que quiere alejarse de todo. Para grupos más grandes también tenemos un pequeño estudio separado con cocina y baño y podemos ofrecer un descuento si alquila ambas cabañas. Por favor, pregunte por disponibilidad si está interesado.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating my husband’s birthday, and it was such a treat to be able to bring our pup along. We were especially pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the kitchen and dining area were—perfect for making and enjoying a couple of relaxed breakfasts. The outdoor seating areas were also lovely and added to the overall experience.The only minor issue we encountered was with the living room lighting, as we couldn’t get the overhead light to turn on despite the remote seeming to work.A small note for future guests: parking is shared among a few nearby cabins, so while there appears to be space for several vehicles, it may require some coordination if multiple cars are involved. It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind, especially for larger groups.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

It was a wonderful 4-night stay with my 80-year old dad. The cabin is roomy yet cozy and had everything we needed…full kitchen with cookware and utensils, bathroom towels and toiletries, extra blankets, and lots of outdoor seating areas. Picked up firewood in Idyllwild (1-mile easy drive) for the fireplace. It was a magical visit in the mountains!

This little cabin is so darling and is exactly what we were hoping for. From the wood panel walls, to the cozy furniture, soft bed and the sweetest little dining room, we loved it all. The location was great and it’s just about a mile from the center of town.It’s vintage so you can’t expect a new property, but it had a really great heater and the water pressure was excellent with really hot water.There were lots of nice little extras like soap, shampoo, and a kitchen, full of pretty much everything you need to never have to leave. But if you wanted to, you are not far away excellent restaurants.Host was extremely communicative as well.Can’t wait to go back again

Cozy, quiet cabin with all of the amenities. The floor plan layout is great and enjoying a fire in the main room was a plus. So close to town but yet with the feel of solitude. The host was extremely accommodating. We will be back!

What an awesome cabin!

We were looking for a weekend getaway in a cozy cabin, and this is exactly what it was! Wood paneled Wild West feel, but had modern appointments like dishwasher, toaster, etc. Heat was easy to use, BBQ worked great, and the beds were very comfortable. We are looking forward to returning here.

Great home and location!

We only were able to stay for a couple of nights, but we really enjoyed the visit. VERY clean and definitely larger than we expected, including two furnished outdoor decks, a large dining area and a good-sized kitchen. Great to find an affordable, VERY pet-friendly place in Idyllwild.

Not worth it

To start the oictures posted for this booking did not match when I arrived. Everything in the cabin was broken and you can tell needed repairs. The main cincern was there being no hot water. The host informed to run the kitchen water at the same time. In my opinion I didn't pay to jimmy rig things during my stay. All and all i don't recommend this place at all.

Enjoyed snow and good weather; animals and birds.

Just rested; two sons and spouses visited; one from Colorado. Enjoyed the snowstorms even if we were snowed in twice for two days each) until dug out ( fun experience). Enjoyed the town and restaurants. The mountain cabin feel was exactly what we wanted. I was not ready to leave; wife was (long enough for her but she also enjoyed the mountains, animals and surroundings)
