“ Large five story seafront hotel with probably seven acres of surrounding property. Beach was largely pebble with tiki shade/lounges and towel areas perhaps extending to 300 feet along the coast. Several areas designed for children seemed to be well maintained. The entire hotel has apparently been recently upgraded with new paint/tiling/balcony fixtures/etc. Room was average size with comfortable king bed and simple furniture from the 21st century. Breakfast was nice with numerous choices....

I speak and understand Greek too. I heard they will be renovating and re naming the hotel and they are making another one down the road. Hope they put better pp at the front desk. As for the rest of the staff, cleaning lady and staff in the breakfast area. Amazing ! ”

“Absolutely loved my stay at Mimoza. The staff was so kind and welcoming, especially Tina who gave us so much advice and care and always made sure we were having a great time. The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade orange bread). Also very walkable to the new and old ports, which is where most of the island nightlife takes place. Lovely hotel and location! ”

“This is one of the lovliest places I have ever stayed at in Greece. I come to Athens frequently for business and often take a couple of days on an island for some R&R. This was my first time visiting Spetses. The twin house is tucked away in the center of the town close to the port, but it's very quiet and close to all the shops and dining.
