“The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The location was perfect however our stay was not great! The fan in the room was wobbly and shaking really bad even on speed 1 with a loud noise. When we shared our concern with the staff he came and he checked for himself and he giggled when we said that we are scared the fan will fall on us while sleeping. “This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. “They keep chargeable-if-you-use items inside the room which I have not seen anywhere else in the world. There are bottles of water, beverages kept in the refrigerator in the room, packets of potato chips : all which they said will be payable if used. It was a strange thing to notice. They should not keep it in the room unless it has been ordered or asked for. “The hotel is falsely advertised, the view outside was of a wall, the bed was stiff, limited hot water, there was no mini bar as advertised, the curtains didn’t little to block out the light, little toilet paper, the aircon droned on humming the whole time, the walls are thin so you can hear other peoples conversations, showers, phones ringing and people walking up and down stairs. The garden part of the hotel was only for three cottages, the rest concrete. Very expensive compared to other places...
