Sit out on the deck and take in the views or watch the sunset from the hot tub. Perhaps you're ready to go outside and play. In 30 minutes or less you can find numerous hiking/ biking trails, lakes, rivers and scenic downtown Durango.

We arrived to an overflowing trash bin at the front. Cob webbs, spider webbs and dust in numerous places through trailer. Thriftstore furnishings and lack of any yard maintenance really distract from a nice location.

We only stayed one night as my husband got sick. Would've loved to stay whole planned time. I would recommend it to anyone that wants seclusion and peace.

Stay was overall good with one small problem with water pressure. The host mentioned making it right to the property manager so hopefully she will see that through. Incidents happen so that is understood. Property was clean with nice views. Property manager was responsive when messaged. Love the Prairie Dogs on the way in. Was a quiet retreat with nice views for the first few days of vacation.

We just loved this quite, country tiny home, there were so many things stocked we should have not brought so much. Now the hot tub would have been the plus, but it was ok because of the view from the back yard it made up for it. We would recommend.Oh and the low water pressure everyone reviewed about, it wasn't that bad, comes with country living, it had its own character. Prayers to Colorado with those wildfires as we were leaving.

Have a very relaxing stay. The grounds are nice to explore and house is the perfect size for two people.

Cute and cozy place! Was nice and quite at night and enjoyed some beautiful sunsets. Quick drive to and from Durango, but allowed a quiet setting outside of the city. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great, quiet location. Perfect for a couples retreat in the country but near Durango. The views of the La Platas and San Juans are outstanding.

Great basecamp for hiking

The cabin was great. We truly enjoyed our stay. Lynelle was responsive and very easy to work with. The hot tub was great to relax in after our hikes.

The location and view was fantastic. The only issue we had was very low water pressure in the tub/shower and hot water was not hot just warm. Water pressure in the kitchen was fine
