Hakuba Sunvalley Hotel
I visited Hakuba Sun Valley with my partner and 2 children and we LOVED it! The location is amazing, directly opposite the chair lift, and the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. We will definitely be staying here again next season!

Unfortunately the staff was not able to give me any information about Nagano as they do not speak English, it was a pity, at least they should provide you a map and circle the basic points. お洒落でとても居心地は良かったのですが お風呂のお湯が途中で出なくなったり、歯ブラシなどのアメニティがなかったのが残念でした

Limestone villa, Onsen -man-made- with Green View
Overall a blessed experience!! Beautiful house and even better hosts. Highly recommended as me and the Ohana loved our stay and the beauty of Hakuba.
