“Perfect place the only issue was parking I had to park on the street didn’t want to block basement tenants”

“This was a great property. It was easy to access, easy transportation near by, Whole Foods is right around the corner and the neighborhood is very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again.”

“What a wonderful cottage! Thank you Bill for sharing it with us. We will definitely be back. Dog friendly! Clean! Relaxing! Fishing was great and the view was amazing morning, noon, or night. 10/10”

“It was a wonderful location and the property exceeded our expectations. The beds were extremely comfortable and the living room was perfect for visiting. Also enjoyed the dining room for playing games. Would highly recommend!”

“Me gustó que es bastante céntrico.”

“Great location with the pool nearby and walking trails throughout the property.”

“We spent a long weekend here with our family. The property was amazing and the location was ideal for us to head downtown to visit some places. Lots of room for everyone to gether together. We loved it. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.”

“1 Star. Do Not Recommend. This property was in terrible condition and not worth the money. There was no hand soap, tissue, napkins, paper towels, or toilet paper, and barely any towels. The sheets were dirty, so we could not use several of the bedrooms. The floors were never mopped, dust was everywhere, and there was old food left in the refrigerator. The whole house was nasty. On top of that, the AC unit froze up and stopped working, so we were hot the entire stay. After all of this...

“Very comfortable. Clean. Well kept. Convenient to Starved Rock. Host was great to work with.”

“The house was beautiful and in a great location. The history of the home and decor was amazing. I went here with my husband's side of his dad's family. There was 12 of us. Perfect number of rooms and beds for all of us. Beautiful view of the lake. There are 3 refrigerators, 4.5 baths, 2 laundry facilities, and 4 sitting areas. Only 1 bedroom on the main floor and the rest upstairs. I would like a way to go to the water from the backyard but it was fine. The view was spectacular. Need to know -...

“The location was perfect, fairly quiet, and we felt very safe walking around the area. Close to Wrigley Field, many great restaurants and public transportation. Loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the air conditioning, but I think it was operator error (mine). My only recommendations to the host would be to have the refrigerator and the bathroom drawers emptied between guests. I have lodged at places where certain items were intentionally left for...

“Beautifully remodeled home! The little extras like coffee and creamer and bottled water and cookies were an unexpected.”

“Absolutely a beautiful place to stay. Excellent communication with the host. Will be back in the fall. Thank you so much!”

“Very cute, clean and cozy house. Loved the decor. The beds were very comfy. It has motion sensor night lights to help you navigate through the night. Especially helpful in the lower level and on the staircase. Would definitely stay again!”

“Our family loved our stay at Pa’s house! First time pulling into the Pa’s house property we knew it would be a great stay. The location worked perfect for our hiking adventures, most places were only a 20 min drive away. Several wineries were right down the road. You’re outside of town but can make a quick grocery run if needed. The work done inside and out of this old farm home was wonderfully done. We stayed there with 2 adults and 3 kids and there was everything you need for a weekend trip of...
