“The only reason this review isn’t a 1 is the location. The location of the building is great. Communication with the host was terrible. I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service twice in order to get a response. The “apartment” is in the back of the house and couldn’t be accessed by anyone with any type of mobility issues. The host was supposed to leave parking passes for the permit only parking but they didn’t bring them until 9:30 pm on our arrival date. Fortunately we were not ticketed....
