“Family feel to this charming old hotel. Built in 1600s. Short walk to the beach. Surrounded by shops and pubs/ restaurants.Large free carpark. Excellent food and lovely staff. We had a large en-suite bedroom which was a little dated but very comfortable bed and very clean. Tea, coffee and biscuits filled up each day. Hidden gem was a swimming pool and jacuzzi which you could hire for an hour just for us. Really enjoyed our 3night stay and would love to go back.”

“The room was very comfortable and clean. And the staff very helpful. We were travelling and had to get up early so missed out on the breakfast. We did not take advantage of the spa facilities so cant comment on this. If we are in the area again we would stay here again. The only down side is there is not a restaurant onsite, we were given a list of places which was very helpful, the pub we chose was only 6 mins down the road in the car and was very welcoming and the food good.”

“We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!”
