“Busy pub and there was only one member of staff working so we waited with our bags at the bar until a big order of drinks had been dealt with. The room was very comfortable, a couple of hairs in the sink. Decorated nicely with antiques. No sugar or milk in the room but we asked for some at the bar downstairs. “Great room and fantastic service”

“Nice location, large room and bathroom, everything supplied (iron, iron board, hairdryer, fun, toiletries, etc.). Breakfast and the restaurant are very good, as always. On the first floor the temperature was crazy warm, I had to open the window for 2 hours before to be able to sleep. Internet connection issues, the actual wi-fi is fast, the problem is all my devices were constantly loosing connection.”

Very nice toiletries provided and excellent tea/coffee/hot chocolate in room facilities with biscuits! “Easy check in, we'd been before and were familiar with arrangements. Staff remembered us and were friendly. Room clean, stairs steep and narrow, fortunately we didn't have a lot of luggage. Breakfast freshly made and excellent. Full bar services available. Car parking is an issue, chargeable car parks around, limited free parking if you know where to go and prepared to walk. ”
