Located on the first floor, the spacious rooms feature custom designer furniture and fine parquet floors. The apartment offers a living room, a small kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. Amenities include fans and cable TV. Enjoy views of the stately baroque garden and the castle courtyard from your windows.



Thanks to the elevated position of the castle, 25 m above Lake Constance, you can admire sweeping vineyards, the deep blue lake, and the Alpine panorama at breakfast in the garden or while sunbathing. Fresh flowers and chocolate await you on arrival, ensuring a romantic stay.



Immenstaad is 1.5 km away and offers supermarkets and various restaurants. The lake is only 25 m from the apartment, a 4-minute walk through the vineyards. Although there is no private beach for guests, you can swim in the lake. Bicycles can be rented at a nearby petrol station (1.5 km away).



A public parking lot is available at the castle, and a parking garage is available upon request. The host is happy to provide tips for restaurants or local attractions if you wish. Fresh bread in the morning is available upon request.
