Bicycles are available for guests and will be found directly on the premises.
The living room, like all the other rooms, is very bright and the sofa bed, just bought, can also act as a comfortable double bed.
The kitchenette is functional and fully equipped with everything you need.
The large double bedroom is equipped with a walk - in closet and closet and, for the youngest children, it can accommodate cots or cribs, provided if necessary by the owner.
In the bathroom, the toilets are also brand new.
For younger guests, cots, high chairs, raised chairs, games and more are available.
In front of the front door there is a small balcony and, just below, there is a garden equipped for relaxing and outdoor dinners. Bicycles are also available for adults and children, if you book at the time of booking and while supplies last.
It is in a quiet area of Imperia Porto Maurizio, a few meters from the sea and beaches, in particular from two picturesque fishing villages, Borgo Foce and Borgo Prino, just a few minutes away on foot.

In the house guests can find, in addition to a welcome basket consisting of typical products of the area, guides, information, brochures on Imperia, its hinterland and its surroundings, including France.
