“Australian family with 8 and 11 yr olds. A very mixed experience with staff hence that part of the review: Naturalist guide Abilash and birding was amAzing. Guest relations manager very attentive. Restaurant staff borderline unfriendly. Lots of miscommunication from bookings person that led to a lot of avoidable stress and triple check if they have availbility during peak times even if Expedia says they have plenty of tents avail. “It was a rip off The same property which costs 25-30 $ decided to charge 160$ during the festive day with no checkin or city or traffic condition The customer service was good though, the manager and kitchen staff were quiet well cooperative ”

“It was very quite and clean place. The rooms were tidy and clean. The tens were large size with comfy beds. The only thing i did not like was cultural even was conflicting with dinner time. Maybe change Cultural event to a little bit late or move it near to dinner place. ”

"No consiguen tener un servicio de atención al cliente constante entre todos los empleados algunos atienden muy bien, y otros no tanto pero seguramente es porque nadie les explicó porque voluntad creo que tienen. También noté que conversa mucho entre ellos en los diferentes sectores cuidando al cliente y a comer a los dos restaurantes me sorprendió que en el restaurante japonés dos o tres personas levantando los brazos para ser atendidos a la consulta que tenía. Bueno términos generales está bien, que no se malinterprete pero para la cantidad de trabajadores que hay en nueva Delhi queriendo trabajar en ese hotel deberían estar todos alineados/ Slds "
