“Lovely well maintained hotel. Located in the pleasant small town of Benaulim. About 15 minute walk to the beach. All the staff at reception including managers (Miguel and Judas) and tour organiser (Cheryl) were excellent. Cleaners and security were all so polite and well mannered. Our room was of a very high standard and comfortable. The beach is superb - with delightful beach shacks to eat in the day time as well as at night if needed. All in all we had a wonderful holiday.”

“No one was there to received us. No car parking was there. We booked for one room with 4 adult (myself, wife and two kids) but they have booked two seperate rooms. Only one minimal water bottle were provided. TV was not working. Despite our complain it was not get repaired. No hot was geezer was there. Breakfast was given only one morning. ”

“The hotel looks new and smart in the photos, but was shabby and in need of upgrading. The room i was given had an old tv ancient fridge and tacky kitchen. You had to pay about $6 to have access to the wifi. The buffet breakfast had few unappealing choices . The gushing reviews have to be misguided or just fraudulent I really cannot understand why, the high rating on Tripadviser.”

“No sun loungers around the pool, hotel in the middle of no where ok need to hire a scooter etc. Ok for just a night or 2!”
