Hermosa lugar mala relación precio calidad
Es un muy lindo hotel en un lindo lugar, pero el servicio es demasiado limitado para el precio. Pague $ 300 una noche en la playa en baja temporada, el hotel no esta lleno. Cuando llegue algo temprano (10am) me quisieron cobrar $ 100 adicionales por un early check in, ridiculo estando las habitaciones libres desde la noche anterior. Luego bajamos a la playa y el hotel no ofrece sillas ni sombrillas, hay un servicio tercerizado malo y costoso. Nuevamente, pagar $ 300 por noche y no tener sombrillas y reposteras es inaceptable.

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación para las personas que quieren disfrutar de la playa. No me gusto que al salir de la ducha el toilet tenía sangre en todo el lado que da con la tina del baño. Y que a mi amiga le hicieran dos veces el cargo de la cena en el restaurante. El personal que nos atendió muy amables.

I thought the bedding was extremely comfortable pillows as well. It felt lux without being over the top. I also love that they offered the umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. The frozen drinks were superb. They were not too sweet. Just an all-around comfortable place to stay.

It’s ok!!!! Nothing special about this property unfortunately and feel it was overpriced for what we received the room was average. Outside bar and dining staff were not great and pretty unhelpful Had incorrect charges on the room which to be fair was sorted out quickly but was a good job I checked my bill throughly Would probably look for somewhere else next time we are in Melbourne

With great anticipation we made reservations at your hotel for our spring break, our first spring break and my mother's first trip to Florida. I wish that I could say that it was a great experience but unfortunately I cannot say that. We called a couple weeks ahead of time to arrange for a crib to be in our room when we arrived but unfortunately it was not there. The associate at the front desk apologized and said she would have it sent right up. When we returned to our room after some time at the beach there still was not a crib. There was a pack-n-play. A pack-n-play is nothing like a crib. It is very small. My son was not comfortable in it at all so needless to say that we did not sleep comfortably at all. When I went to give my son a bath I noticed that the tub was dirty. There was pink soap scum and dirt in the tub. When my mother took my older son to the pool, she told the front desk associate who said "Did you want me to send someone to clean it?" Really?!? We have a dirty bathtub and you have to ask if it wanted it cleaned. Unbelievable. After the cleaning people left my older son went to take his bath and I looked and it was still dirty. The next morning we called the front desk and they offered to move our room. We asked for someone to help us and was told no one was available. We asked for a luggage cart and again, nothing available. We had reservations so my mother and I carted all of our luggage, toys and two children to a room that was suppose

Room was average. We paid a little more for a full deck/patio, but regretted it since we were directly above the roof with the a/c unit and had to listen to it instead of the ocean. In addition, half of the pool deck was closed off for pressure washing and maintenance which took away from the ambiance. Overall average stay, but would have stayed at another hotel if we’d known.

Overall, this is a fantastic, beautiful, relaxing property and I would definitely return again. We stayed for a week and loved every minute. 9th floor, ocean view suite had perfect views of the ocean and property. Yes, some things are a bit outdated and in need of repair on the property but did not interfere with our stay.

We absolutely love it here! This was our second spring break spent in Melbourne and we are hooked. The location is amazing. Close enogh to go explore Cocoa Beach and Orlando for a day, and then come back to the beach. There are no crazy crowds of teenagers to deal with (huge bonus) and hearing the ocean all night is perfection. We'll be coming back for sure!

Family and couple friendly property right on the beach and ideal for a getaway. Property is showing a bit of maintenance need but nothing that impacted the stay too badly. Parking fee was annoying but mostly necessary to keep people from using it as free beach acces.
