Seaside Treat

This was by far the best VRBO property we've stayed in. Highly recommend this lovely beachy home! It was immaculate. Tastefully selected decorations made you feel like you were at the beach & it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. All furniture & equipment was in excellent condition & comfortable. Able to walk beach almost every day since it was just about 300 yards away with a new pedestrian crosswalk. My husband especially enjoyed the outside shower almost every day! I appreciated the plus of having a washer/dryer. Our 2-month stay was so much more than we expected and look forward to returning next year. Thank you, Tina, for sharing you beautiful, "beachy" retreat.

Lovely property

Everything about the home was wonderful- lots of special touches with simple but pretty decor! Well equipped- very clean! The location is easily accessible to many things in a good, quiet neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to our questions. The home is well maintained.

Wonderful Rental!

Beautiful rental unit! Clean, fresh-smelling without being overpowering. Comfortable furniture/beds. Good water pressure and temperature in shower. A/C worked fine, though we would have liked instructions on how to adjust it so that it stays at the adjusted temp. Lots of paper products, soap, dish soap, etc. so no need to buy any. Luggage racks!! So often we find that rentals have no where for you to put your luggage. Lots of closet space. We ate out so I can't speak to the use of the kitchen, but it looked well-stocked. Lots of beach items in garage w/washer & dryer. Private cement parking spot in driveway. Don't forget to leave outside light on as neighborhood is really dark (but quiet!) w/no street lights. Beach is a 5 min walk away. We used this as our "jumping off" spot as we visited the Kennedy Space Center (1 hr north) & Cocoa Village one day and the Sebastian Inlet State Park (30 min south) the next, Would truly stay here again if ever in the area.

Family Spring Break

“Just Beachy” was everything we were looking for this spring break. Clean, convenient, well equipped and super cute. After a minor glitch at check in and with VRBO everything was resolved and we had a fabulous time. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Melbourne Beach, Fl!

Month in the sun!

Great stay near the beach

Perfect family beach retreat!

My husband, 6 year old daughter, and I stayed here for our recent trip to see family in Melbourne Beach - and we were so pleased! This house is amazing - from the moment you enter the door you feel welcomed and relaxed as the home is beautifully updated and decorated, has an open floor plan, comfy sofa and extremely comfortable beds (most comfortable beds I think I have ever had at a rental). And that is just the inside! The backyard was awesome - nice deck with patio table where we ate some of our breakfasts and lunches, fire pit with Adirondack chairs for good conversation in the evenings - but the best part of all was the outdoor shower which all 3 of us used every day as it was so cool and refreshing! Location was so convenient - it literally is a 4 minute walk to the beach. Close to many good restaurants too. Tina and Preston were great hosts and very timely in all communication and so kind. So many little touches were provided that were so helpful for us since we flew down to FL - such as a beach bag, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc. This was just a really great place and did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back next year!

Joyful stay

Just Beachy was a perfect fit for my weekend getaway. The place is clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. It had all the comforts of home at my fingertips. The beds were amazingly comfortable and I enjoyed a great sleep. The outdoor shower and deck was fun and relaxing after a day at the beach. Preston and Tina were great host and they checked on my during my stay. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Preston and Tina for a lovely place to unwind and relax.
