Ubicado en la hermosa Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, en el centro del condado de Brevard, ofrecemos a los huéspedes una estadía relajante. ¡Todas nuestras unidades miran directamente al océano y brindan una hermosa vista al mar! Cada unidad es un condominio de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños bellamente decorado. Este condominio de 1350 pies cuadrados se encuentra en el Indian Harbour Beach Club en el segundo piso. Este complejo de condominios frente a la playa es una joya escondida que la mayoría de la gente no conoce. Aquellos que lo saben, generalmente reservan sus habitaciones con un año de anticipación. Hay estacionamiento cubierto y abierto. Y en el interior, el baño principal y el baño de visitas están totalmente equipados con todo lo necesario. Se proporcionan sábanas y toallas. (¡solo recuerda empacar tus toallas de playa!) Los televisores de plasma se encuentran en la sala de estar, el dormitorio principal y la habitación de invitados. El contenido es proporcionado por DirectTV y se proporcionan canales de películas de cortesía. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que cabe esperar. Refrigerador, lavaplatos, microondas, estufa, cafetera, licuadora, tostadora, etc. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y la habitación de invitados tiene dos camas individuales. El lavadero cuenta con lavadora y secadora de gran capacidad. El complejo también cuenta con una piscina climatizada, canchas de tejo, parrillas de gas al aire libre y un área de lavado de autos.


Estamos ubicados a solo 8, 7 millas y 19 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Melbourne, atendidos por Delta Airlines y US Airways.

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

Everything about our stay was perfect. The condo was fully loaded with everything we needed including kids beach toys. The pool and beach were so easy to access and both relaxing! The people were friendly and management was very responsive. The beds were comfy, TVs in both rooms was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Washer and dryer both functioned perfectly. Lots of storage areas. We will certainly be back and we have shared this property with several family and friends already.

Amazing Weekend!

The condo was perfect!! The balcony was amazing for sunrise and sunset. Location was amazing!! Parking spot right out front (covered) and short walk to beach and pool. I would book for further staycations Thanks!

Family friendly. Beautiful view!

This property had all the necessaties for preparing meals. Very well equiped, clean. Suggestion - you need sharper knives or knife sharpener. A stove top griddle would be an excellent addition. 9 o clock pool closure in summer. Loved that it had a washer/dyer in unit. Great view!! Communication with owner/office was excellent. Beds are very firm. Televisions were very nice for unit.Liked that each room had a television. Most people will not speak up. Our only complaint or concern was observation that unattended young teenagers and others came on the grounds from surrounding area and occuupied the pool. We saw the teens park and drive away. Unsupervised youth doing cannon balls while families had small children in the pool. The was pool was closed last night...I saw teenagers climbing the gate to get his towel. I told him he could get his towel in the morning when it opened. He remarked he lived some where else. Climbed the fence jumped in the pool full of sand, I commented there were showers. I had said something so they came climbed back out. Car passes should be mandatory. Rather your are visting a resident or you are a guest or be towed. Other wise very nice well maintained property. Has everything you need. Great value for our stay. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great place to stay!

This condo has everything you need for a home away from home. The furniture was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and full size washer and dryer are wonderful. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool was refreshing and the beach is perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Family getaway

Area was beautiful..condo just as advertised and the beach not too crowded..only issues were pool shut down for a day and a half due to bugs and other disgusting issues and whomever stayed in the unit before we did left dirty laundry in a basket in the laundry room..overall a very nice unit and our family enjoyed our 4 days there

The property was clean, updated, and well maintained. Very comfy bed (we like a firm mattress). Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Nice restaurants and groceries nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent view, fully stocked kitchen, but dirty floor and horrible bed

The property overlooks the beautiful space coast of Florida. The living room has very comfortable chairs and a sofa for you to relax and watch TV. The kitchen is very well stocked, so you can cook any meal you want and have the proper kitchen tools/utensils at your convenience. The internet speed is good for working remotely! The master bedroom had a desk, so you put your laptop and do some work comfortably and quietly. It has plenty of beach towels, an outdoor shower, and a rinse station to remove sand & saltwater. The pool is very well heated so that you can enjoy a swim any time of the year. There are plenty of grocery stores within a 3-minute drive from the property. It is located conveniently on the 2nd floor to go up one story high, and you are there (the elevators are slow, stairs are the best choice) Problems with the property: Dirty Tiles/Floor The floors were filthy. If you are barefoot or wearing socks within 2 minutes of walking, the bottom of your feet would be black. We purchased Swiffer wipes to clean the floor, but the dirt is deep in the tiles. Even after multiple rounds of cleaning the floor, the grime/filth does not come off. Horrible Bed in Master Bedroom I should have paid attention to another reviewer who stated the bed caused back problems for him. There is no firmness on the bed, so anybody who has any back problem beware of the bed. You will be waking up in pain after sleeping two nights on that horrific bed. The owner needs to replace the mattress in that bedroom.

Wonderful Condo

It was a great area to stay. Melbourne had everything you could want, Kennedy Space Center, Disney and the other Orlando attractions not far away. Condo was very nice with dolphins and other fish playing in front of the condo daily.

Nice location

We enjoy this beach and have visited often. 1st time at this condo. It was in a great spot right over the pool on 2nd floor. Check in was great and condo was clean. A few things would upgrade this condo. Easy to do items include washing shower curtain or just get a new one. One that will stay hooked on the bar. It was stained. The curtain rod fell on my head. Always screw these into studs or concrete. They have been repaired before based on multiple holes in the wall. Master shower ceiling needs to be replaced. Looks like someone may fall through. Please was the comforters. Ours had blood on it. That is nasty since it wasn't ours. We attempted to use gas grill one night and found it out of propane. Overall, we would book again. Location and view was great.

Great view; older property

Pros: - The view at this property is awesome. And it is only steps from the ocean which was great since we had small kids. - The beach wasn’t very crowded, and there were beach toys & family beach day necessities in unit that were very convenient. - Unit had plenty of household items available for our 4 night stay. - Additionally, location was close to a lot of great spots to grub, chain grocery store, and anything available for a small beach town. Cons: - The property itself is older. The master bed was super lumpy, the hairdryer didn’t work, and on our second night we were flooded with a ton of giant flying ants that were coming in some door frame crack below the door. - The maintenance man came right up (between 9-10P) and tried to help with the issue but we basically had bugs the whole time. - The pool is right below the balcony so if privacy is what you’re looking for units 1 - 4 this wouldn’t be a good fit for you. - Also we had to rewash all the dishes, things just weren’t super clean. Overall we had a great stay but will probably pick somewhere a little newer, nicer, and in a location where we didn’t feel like we had to constantly keep the car/condo doors locked: Will say friendly and helpful staff responding to our big issue, eliminating the source within 12 - 24 hrs, and following up to ensure we were ok. Overall : This property met out conservative family needs, but no place to brag about. Enjoyed our beach stay overall, and loved creating new memories with our fam.. mid-market price point brought us mediocre to low lodging expectations.. if you’re looking for adventure packed stay.. you might want to keep looking. There are lots of great stays (north/south) across A1A that not only give you the beach exclusivity but also provide a brag-worth stay & a little closer to other family activities. Thanks!

Great Stay

We stayed for 5 nights and it couldn’t have been better. The condo was clean and well kept and the location was perfect. Overlooks the pool and the beach both of which are just steps away.
