With amenities like 500 Mbps WiFi and AC, along with TV's with various streaming services and Xbox for the kids room for rainy days where guests can stay connected and comfortable. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience.

For your convenience, we have a full kitchen with utensils, Keurig, microwave, large air fry toaster oven suitable for a small pizza, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator with freezer, BBQ grill and a nice deck to enjoy this picturesque Northern MI property. Just minutes from downtown Indian River, green docks on the river for swimming along with the golf course and walking distance to 7 springs nature preserve for Burt lake fishing and hiking access.

Our families love staying here, and so will you. Our pets will be fully contained during your stay. We ask that you do the same by always walking your pets on a leash and using a quality tie down to avoid any unintended pet interactions.

There is a nice deck up front for your enjoyment with multiple picnic tables for shade on those hot days. In addition, there is a firepit in your side / backyard and the first bundle of firewood is on us.

3 simple rules:

We strongly enforce the 5mph speed limit on our access road which is about 1/3 of a mile dirt driveway. Any violators will be asked to vacate immediately.

If you like to party, we may even join you if invited! But please, keep the noise level reasonable as we also work for a living. Absolutely no recreational drug use outside of what's legal in Michigan.

We have about a mile of trails which you can explore on foot. Please be mindful of remaining tree hazards after the unprecedented ice storm we experienced this year. There is plenty of room to bring your toys - boats, side by sides and ATVs. And we can point you to some of the best wicked trails in the area on state land.

P.S. Smoking is allowed outside only if every single cigarette butt is picked up. Not doing so will incur additional charges at checkout. Please also be mindful of picking up any pet messes immediately. Our housekeepers charge $50 extra for any pet waste in or out. We'd rather not bill you for that.

We know most people prefer to be left completely alone during their stay and that's how we treat every family by default unless you initiate interaction. We'll be happy to tell you about all the local hotspots, attractions etc. We are 420 friendly, but under no circumstances permit smoking it indoors. Outside only :) In addition, if you need a ride to the bar and back, we'll be happy to provide this service depending on our availability. P.S. Being a smaller place, it has a small water tank. Shower head is set to low and HOT, which is still plenty to take a 15-20 min shower. Otherwise, you run out too fast.
