“The location was right across the street from the beach, the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the dining options nearby. The house had everything we needed and it was so convenient having the laundry to wash our wet swimsuits and towels. We had a mishap with the door and the PM responded right away and had a locksmith out quickly to assist. It was a great vacation and we would definitely stay there again! ”

“This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo was perfect for our family! It featured a lovely balcony facing the intercoastal, as well as tons of chairs, wagons, and beach toys. The private community pool was great after a long day at the beach. This listing understates how spacious the condo was— which was perfect after 4 days in a tiny Disney hotel room.We will definitely stay again!”

“This condo was great. Other than a miscommunication with the door code upon arrival, the stay was great! Had several bugs in the kitchen the first morning but per the owner, the exterminator had just come. Saw less and less after that. The beds were comfortable, plenty of sheets, towels, beach towels, extra blankets, and toilet paper! Very accommodating and a well stocked kitchen. The only thing that could have made it better was if we could see water. Perfect place that we would be happy to...

“The views were beautiful from the balconies on both sides of the house! The areas were large and open. The furniture and decor were outdated but everything was functional. There were a few things that didn’t work very well, but I have taken that up with the property manager.”

“Perfect location on the beach! Lower level bed was so comfy that we already went and bought one very similar. Everything needed was provided. Could use some updating but the rental makes that known in the description when reserving. Very nice property, beautiful sunsets ”

“My coworker and I stayed here while in Tampa for work. Easy to find and very quiet. Great kitchen with all the utensils and coffee you could want. Beautiful little beach to sun and enjoy the water. Only about a 15 min drive (with traffic) to downtown Tampa. Highly recommend!”
