“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to...

“The room was very dirty, the floor as well. The ironing board cover was dirty. The only clean place was the bathroom and refrigerator. I was expecting clean towels every day and never asked if needed. I never saw the cleaning staff. I was expecting some kitchen utensils and pots and pans as well, but nothing. It was the WORST STAY ever!!!!”

“I cant brag enough about our stay here. Janel and Brett were an absolute DELIGHT to be around. The property was immaculate, the bed was LITERALLY the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, the price was phenomenal given the location! Next time we drive up fron Wisconsin this will absolutely be our stay again! Thankyou sooooo MUCH!”

“ Upon arrival, many Pomeranians started barking at us, they would bark throughout our entire stay. As soon as we walk into the private room, we are met with a strong smell of dog pee. Throughout our entire stay, every time we leave and re-enter the room the smell just gets stronger. We had to constantly use an air freshener which didn't help much. After a few minutes of setting our things down, we notice that the flooring is dirty and sticky as we're walking around. The owners must have been...

“Our stay was rather short. Very impressed with the quick responses from the host on questions during our stay. The only thing we had difficulty with was the low standing sofa and that’s because I was still recovering from muscle weakness in my legs so getting up was a bit challenging. My elderly mother was with us too so it was good there were other chairs there to sit in.Over all such a cute place!”

“The property was truly charming. Rented it for two out of town guests that couldn't be accommodated in our home. The proximity to Fig Garden Village was a real plus for dinner, breakfast , Whole Foods, and some fun shopping. The only drawback was one guest had to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. But, sofa beds have never been known for comfort. The sofa bed would be a great place for children to sleep.”

“Great place! Great porch! Great location! Great bed and shower! Very clean, and I’m picky. Only negatives was several outlets didn’t work and shower water was very slow to heat up. Other than that this was Great! We traveled to Yosemite, Monterey, and drove the 17 mile tour between Monterey and Carmel. So great location, Glad we stayed here.”
