Beautiful house without amenities to match

Similar to all other reviews, the house itself is nice, pool is private and refreshing, the cleaning staff used are thorough, and has some items stocked (like spices, cooking oil, some laundry detergent). However, it seems the host hasn’t addressed some comforts mentioned by others that would be nice to not to overlook in a rental, let alone one with a premium cost.While each bed has a comforter and some have light throws - there are no extras to cozy up on the couch and felt lower end/needing a reef refresh (such as flat pillows). Would suggest more blankets and extra sheets, more wine glasses and coffee cups to use without having to wash everyday, and potentially some cleaning supplies on hand (like general purpose spray to clean up counters after daily use).Overall this worked for us, but was not ideal or well balanced with amenities for the price paid. I’d encourage anyone renting here to ask the host proactively if anything has been addressed or go into the rental with similar expectations to other reviews.

Great location for Tennis Tourney

House is walking distance to the Indian Wells Tennis Center. House was clean, front bedrooms a bit noisy, due to proximity to the street and a lot of traffic going to tennis. Hot tub was great, pool was dirty..leaves and sand/dust..murky water.

When I booked the house it said it is 2800 Sq feet, which a lie, it's only 2300 Sq feet. It is laking supplies silverware, blankets, very uncomfortable bending. The pool does not heat, we were charged $100 and it says $80.00 on the website. You can't heat the pool and the hot tub at the same time. The road was closed off leading to the house and the host never informed us. No coffee or tea on the arrival time. My guests were very uncomfortable at night time since there was not blankets. Only sheets on very cheap bed topper. I need to speak to a customer service representative to see a resolution about this.

Spacious and clean

Our family of 5 enjoyed our Thanksgiving getaway with a lovely pool and great set up for our dog. Mariana was very responsive to our questions/needs. There were some basic items that we would have expected to be stocked as far as kitchenware and bathroom/shower set up, so be sure to ask ahead of time so they can accommodate.

Great location and roomy

Loved the open concept kitchen/ living area. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was great! The beds weren't as comfortable as hoped/ expected for a high-end place. TV in master bedroom didn't have live TV, only Netflix/ Prime While the listing did mention the ceiling fans aren't functional, it was disappointing to not have that amenity as the temps were 100+

Great space and location

The property is just as pictured. It was clean and very roomy, would work nicely for a large family, a group of friends or three couples. The public spaces are very open, with high ceilings and good natural light, while the placement of the bedrooms provides privacy. The location is perfect for the BNP Paribas, it is only 1/2 mile from the entrance gate to the house. Only negative is an issue with the fuses in the kitchen blowing, which require them to be reset frequently.

great for a golf trip with friends

3 of us enjoyed the comforts of this private house. each of us had a private bedroom and bathroom. would suggest better mattresses and pillows but it was all good. great kitchen, dining area and tv room. loved the hot tub after golf. surprised at the upcharge to heat the swimming pool, and as a result did not use the pool. from the outside, the home looked a bit too urban, and sits across from a large public elementary school. once inside it was great. would happily return.

Family get away.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. the house is extremely roomy, and the location was perfect. the only issues we had where many electrical outlets did not work until we reset the breakers, the master shower never got hot. We enjoyed our stay.

Girls getaway weekend

The property looked stunning but there were several issues from the start that should have been disclosed. On the initial listing, it was not disclosed that there would be additional pool heating charges of $70 when questioned the host raised it to $80. Hot water not working in MB, electrical outlets not working throughout the house, dead crickets in the bathroom, none of the ceiling fans working, just to name a few issues. It is a beautiful home and in a good location but would not stay again. We did enjoy spending time together in a shared space but would have wanted a better experience.

Great House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House had tons of space, the large open living / dining room was great for all of us as we choose to stay in and cook for most of our meals. The backyard is perfect to float in the pool and just step away from reality for a little while.

Beautiful Modern Home In a Fabulous Location

Booked this home for a much-needed girls' trip after not seeing each other during the pandemic. Each of us really enjoyed the home, its amenities as well as each of our bedrooms. Really nice set-up with all the necessary kitchen, laundry and bathroom supplies you may need. As well as a few extra nice touches like board games, pool floats, etc. The owner/manager was super responsive and flexible. Really appreciated our time there and hope to return.
