We were excited about our stay because of the pictures and description but it was more than a disappointment. First we received the incorrect check in information and address and went into someone’s home. They told us it was the apps fault. They corrected it. When we got to the correct property it was dirty. It had not been cleaned or not well. No lights in one bedroom that worked and the TV had no outlet to plug into. There was a dead rat in the stairs to the basement. There was trash, dirt and dog hair on the living room carpet. It has not been vacuumed no towels or paper towels in the kitchen and the counters were sticky. The bed sheets smelled like they had not been washed. All and all it was awful. I could go on. We wanted to go to a hotel. I asked for some of our money back and heard nothing.

This experience was AWFUL!!! From the moment we walked into the house, the odor of Marijuana hit you in the face. Then there were no batteries in any of the TV remotes. The second bedroom light did not work. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was corroded. We booked the house for 8 people and there were only 6 towels and 6 wash clothes. When we contacted the host we were told the smell was coming from the unit upstairs. The host unformed us they would send a cleaning crew out to use ozone (try and get the smell out of the house) but they never showed up. One of the people staying with us (my mother-in-law) has severe lung issues and could not stay. We were there this past week for a church event and we could not go around smelling like weed. Plus I had a child with as well. We attempted to get a refund and were denied. We contacted Vrbo and nothing. This whole experience was a NIGHTMARE!!!!! We ended up leaving and not staying in this house. We arrived to the house on Monday around 4:30 PM and started communication as soon as we arrived. We called and spoke to the host and once we said we wanted a refund everything went silent. We were told no and then nothing the rest of the night. The "cleaning" crew never showed to ozone the house. We ended up leaving that night around midnight to stay in a hotel. We could not stay in the house with the smell as strong as it was. This was a NIGHTMARE!!

A little house with everything you need for a little get away. Definitely a comfortable environment inside. Had a lot of fun staying there! Thank you
