The property was as described and pictured. It’s a nice home with comfortable beds and was mostly clean. There was some trash left in the garbage and the microwave was dirty, but otherwise it was in good condition. The couch was still broken, as noted in other reviews. The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere.Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. It was so difficult that we almost had to find another place to stay because the host was not responding to messages or calls. We only got in because someone exiting the building let us inside.We were also given incorrect information about where to temporarily park while retrieving the key fob. When we returned, our car was already hooked up to a tow truck. Thankfully, the driver let us go, but warned us we’d be towed if we parked in the structure without a pass, which was not provided.I tried contacting the host again about the missing pass with no response and had to pay to park elsewhere. The host called back hours later but was dismissive. He said he’d follow up the next morning, but never did.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and inviting! It had everything we needed for our mini spring break trip. It was within walking distance to some restaurants, a grocery store, and gas station. It was close to everything as dar as driving as well. Loved it! Will definitely stay again! 10/10

The layout of the apartment was perfect for 2-4 people with each bedroom being on opposite sides of the room. The location was awesome in terms of walking. I was able to walk to most of my destinations with ease, and for as built up as the neighborhood is, I was shocked I didn't see more people.

We enjoyed having a designated parking spot. It was an easy walk to Lucas Oil. It was great having 2 bathrooms. Plenty of room to spread out. The only suggestion I would have is having blackout curtains in the bedrooms otherwise it was perfect.

I was very surprised and impressed by this apartment. Coming from out of town, I wasn't expecting it to be so modern and upscale for this price. It was also spotless. Short, easy walk straight down Washington St to downtown. We loved the free coffee/hot chocolate machine downstairs. The price was also amazing. 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with kitchen and living room and free parking for less than the cheapest downtown basic hotel room and parking. I had a little trouble figuring out the parking and entry at first but Vincent was available on the phone and was very helpful in walking through everything until i got inside and found my room, even though it was late in the evening. He even called back again to make sure I was OK. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

Overall a great experience. Safe location. Easy walks to Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, and downtown. Nice balcony for evening cocktails and hanging out. Great wifi/tv options in main living and both bedrooms. Very spacious for our needs. Only negatives were check-in process and overall access. Check-in was not all that intuitive and took awhile to solve/figure out, between finding access to the building, the unit itself, and access to the parking deck which is also gated/secured. I understand the need for all of these to be secured, however, as everything is locked via key fob, access to the different areas is more complicated than most rentals. Also makes checkout a little more difficult as you have to reverse the process in the correct order, otherwise you are locked out. Aside from check-in and check-out, would recommend. Would stay again, thanks!

Property manager wouldn't respond the day of check in. First he told me to call when I was 30 minutes away because he misplaced his work phone. Then an automated message with check in instructions came. The instructions seemed to be for another building and I couldn't get in and he wouldn't respond to either of the 2 phone numbers or VRBO messages. 7:30 at night after several hours VRBO finally refunded me in full and I got a nearby hotel for the same price.

Very nice apartment!

The apartment is very nice. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. 3 tv’s and a balcony with furniture. The location is perfect if you need a place to stay after a concert or game at Lucas Oil or anywhere downtown. The area is walkable and conveniently located near sports venues, restaurants and bars. Would stay there again.
