This was the most miserable stay I've ever experienced. We attempted several times to resolve the issues we faced. Each time, we were told that the handyman had left for the day, given instructions on how to "work" the thermostat, and even asked if we had brought fans, with the suggestion that we should just open the door for fresh air. I was extremely frustrated by these responses. They claimed the handyman had "reset" the thermostat—whatever that meant—but thankfully, he did leave a fan for us.To add insult to injury, late yesterday they finally offered us a new place to stay. However, it was too little, too late. We were not going to leave the event we came to attend just to return, pack everything up, and check out the next morning. When we first brought this issue to your attention on Thursday, a solution should have been offered
