Beautiful house

This house met our needs perfectly. The entire house was beautiful, spacious and cozy. The kitchen had all the utensils , pans and dishware needed to prepare our meals. The pool table was a nice addition for our enjoyment.

Amazing Stay - Minutes from Fountain Square

Our stay was great. From the booking/check-in to final departure our stay was wonderful. We loved the closeness to Fountain Square and the neighborhood is growing in the right direction. So much space and plenty of sleeping arrangements. Would totally recommend this property. Perfect property for Family Reunions, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups. Thank you!

Family gathering

We enjoyed our 2 day visit and made some fun memories. This house works well for a large gathering except that the kitchen is not well stocked to make a meal for 14 people. There were several things I wished were there: large pots and pans, service for 14 etc.

Perfect place for a big family/group

We had our volleyball team and coaches here during the GJNC tournament and they were very happy during their stay! The beds were comfortable, every part of the house was very clean, washer/dryer is a must, kitchen well equipped, pool table and foosball table kept the girls entertained and happy, the layout of the house is perfect for the coaches bedroom downstairs and all the girls beds upstairs! Communication was easy and the management team was very responsive! We will be sure to grab this property the next time our team visits Indianapolis!

Beware

I will leave a review on Vrbo sometime in the future. I think you guys as property management is amazing but the local cleaning crew might need some adjustment. I have borderline OCD so cleanliness is very important to me. The house is semi-clean in my standard, which is great but the cleaning crew should've noticed a lot of the problems we encountered this weekend. Looks like previous rentals do some parties or tons of undisciplined kids (a lot of jumping off the beds). I'm not sure did the cleaning people wash all the sheets, pillows or etc, because how can they not notice the bunk bed and sofa bed is broken. People rent a certain house because of certain reasons and needs. 1. Pool table sticks are all broken, so can't really play. 2. Foosball table is broken. 3. Sofa bed broke. 4. Bunkbed broken. 5. Air mattresses have a hole. 6. Not enough pillow. 7. Not enough sheets 8. Lots of doorknobs are loose. 9. Couple of doors can't even close (like the bathroom). 10. Shower curtain is broken in the Jack and Jill bathroom. 11. There isn't really a Loft on this property. 12. Oil stains all over the ceiling.

Nice House

The group enjoyed the stay at this property. The house is beautiful and clean. The only complaint is the mattress in the bunk room is awful! It' like sleeping on a box spring with no cushioning. We almost went and bought an air mattress. Other than the horrible bed, the group would stay here again.
