“I booked a 5 night stay at an avantstay property in Indio CA for ton of money and two days before the trip I came down with covid. They refused any sort of refund or change requests and charged the full amount despite not using the property at all and having SIZABLE "taxes and fees" and "property fees" added to my bill aside from the nightly rate A very negative, frustrating, and expensive experience. I do not recommend.”

“We had a great month at this property.. check in process smooth and lovely to be looking out onto the sunny fairway. The condo was generally clean… a couple of small things .. the BBQ needs replacing.. very dirty .. also main oven needed a clean. The master bed really loudly squeaked .. on the wardrobe side only . These are small reasons .. the condo was very well equipped and had sun all day on the deck. We know the golf club well and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending a stay at this condo. ”

“Everything from start to finish seamless. Had to bother Antonio once during weekend and got right back to me. Stream outside apt very relaxing to watch, especially with the ducks (and they had babies!). Nice pool. Well equipped. Looking at size of place, might think is cramped. But well laid out and appointed. Would definitely stay again. ”
