House was beautiful, great location and very safe(gated community). Here are the issues that I was not happy with:1. The air conditioner return in the master bedroom was so loud, even with ear plugs we had trouble sleeping. Air filter was so dirty and caked up, I don’t know how that compressor was still running. I texted host(Alex) about this and he said he will send the cleaning lady next morning but he also asked me if I can replace the filter. As a long time user of VRBO, I’ve NEVER had a host ask me to do something like that, especially when I’m on my vacation. Also, I was concerned about my three grandchildren breathing that junk. Anyway, Alex did NOT send anyone to replace the filter….what a host!2. Oven door doesn’t stay closed. While baking, we had to lean our body against the door to kept the door closed…obviously, it didn’t bake well. Per host, nobody mentioned it.3. I asked Alex if we can check in an hour early but he said there is a fee, so, I said never mind. Little after 3 pm, we went through security gate and we were waiting on the street outside the house for 4 pm. Lo and behold, Alex sent me a message saying that there will be a fee for early check in. I told him that we are waiting outside the house and have NO intention of entering the house until after 4pm. If he had checked the Ring camera that’s at the door, he would have known we did not entered the house. I was so upset with this incident, I decided to go to dinner…we entered the house after 5 pm.
