    The Neighborhood:

    Welcome to Eden Roc, a luxury Palm Springs area vacation home. This 2,088 sqft executive home is in an exclusive gated community. One of the very best locations, minutes from top golf resorts, in La Quinta, just around the corner (walking distance) from the Empire Polo Club (Coachella and Stagecoach), La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. Perfect for your golf foursome, family or corporate retreat



    Large lot which backs out to a very large open park space. With an East facing Mountain View out the backyard sunrises are beautiful in the morning and there is some shade for more comfort in the evenings. Challenge your friends to outdoor games including connect four, large Jenga blocks, and cornhole. Inside games include Cranium, Monopoly, and Twister. The swimming pool and spa is just a few blocks away and a perfect way to cool down after a round on the 27 holes at Indian Palms CC in the community.



    There are 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Master bedroom (King and a Queen beds), Bedroom #2 (Queen bed), Bedroom #3 (Bunk bed – Queen and twin), plus two couches with one that folds down to be a double bed. Great open floor plan with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, two fire places, and in-suite laundry. Three separate 65’ smart TVs, fast WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen excellent for the holidays and large family dinners. Keurig coffee, tea, and hot chocolate provided complementary. Lots of towels and pillows for your comfort. Off street parking for up to three vehicles and 2-car garage in addition and parks up to 5 vehicles off street..

    We love getting to know our guests! To ensure a seamless arrival, we ask all guests to confirm their travel plans and group details via the message thread. Once we have these details, we will provide the check-in instructions. We recommend confirming these at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any delays upon your arrival.

    Early check in and late check out requests:



    Early check in fee: $20 per hour

    Late check out fee: $20 per hour



    Both requests are subject to availability.



    Our neighborhood is sensitive to noise. We kindly ask that you deliver the same level of respect you’d want from your own neighbors and please be mindful of your noise levels while at our home.



    We are thrilled to welcome you and your furry companion! Please note a pet fee of $75 per pet, along with an additional $300 deposit per pet, applies. Guests are responsible for managing all pet bathroom breaks, including those in the yard. To maintain a clean environment for all, we kindly ask that you promptly pick up any droppings; failure to do so may result in extra cleaning charges. If your pet tends to shed, please be mindful and avoid allowing them on the furnishings, as cleaning of certain fabrics can be time-consuming and costly. We also host guests with allergies, so thorough cleaning after pets is a top priority.



    ☞ Please do not move any furniture in the home - a charge will be billed if any pieces of furniture have been moved.



    ☞ If the house lists a BBQ, or Fire Pit, we do not propane tanks or fire wood.



    ☞ Please remove your shoes once inside the home.



    ☞ Please do not eat meals in the beds as this results in damaging the linens.



    ☞ Excessive waste/mess left behind, and/or damages, will be billed to the guest.



    We hire professional independent housekeeping companies to perform each turnover cleaning. If a guest leaves large messes/damages beyond what is typical for a standard stay, these contractors may charge additional fees beyond the cleaning services advertised in the listing.



    Terms of Service:



    To abide by all legal requirements and house rules, please be advised that guests may be required to complete and sign a digital rental usage agreement prior to check-in. As part of the verification process, guests may also be required to provide a valid government-issued ID and a photo of the payment card used for the reservation, with sensitive information permitted to be covered except for the last four digits and cardholder name.



    For third-party bookings, the booker is required to provide the full names of all guests staying at the property along with at least one direct contact number for an occupant staying onsite.



    Please note that a Security Deposit may also be required to secure the booking. Failure to complete the required verification process may result in denial of check-in instructions and property access.

It's a great property for weekend golfers to stay, play and relax, the swimming pool and spa were great though we didn't have a chance to use. The property was very clean, owner was very considerate to leave several beers we neve had before. The owner responded to any questions almost immediately. The only suggestion is that future tenants should be notified to use the community security gate as the destination, we used the property address as the destination only to find out that other gates were not for tenants like us. We would love to come back in the future!
