Home Truths:

- Please note our occupancy includes an additional 2 beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens available upon request.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested via private message at least before your stay.
- The pool is cleaned every Tuesday and Friday.
- The lawn is maintained every Tuesday.
- Outdoor amenities cannot be used between 9pm - 8am (Sun - Thurs) or 10pm to 8am (Fri - Sat).
- Amplified sound is not permitted to be heard outside the home at any time, per City of Indio regulations.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this. Pool and spa heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st.

Parking Details:
The garage can accommodate up to 2 cars.
The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars.

Home Rules & Regulations:
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine.
- IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking.
