“Hotel is right across from the Grand Batam mall which is argulably the newest and best mall in Batam. There are multiple massage and spa establishments nearby, and it is about a 15 minute cab ride from the ferry terminal. Hotel is new and feels that way. Only gripe I had was that the aircon didn't seem to get cold enough, and there was a strange smell in the lobby. ”

“Overall had a great stay. Staff were friendly and attentive. Good location but it’s not on the Main Street. It’s along a narrow corridor. There’s a shuttle to the nearby malls so that helps. If I had issues to pick one would be the breakfast place on mezzanine floor. It’s relatively small and food may be too spicy for the foreign visitor (like myself) & non spicy options are limited I would also love to try Indonesian kuehs. Room had washing machine & induction stove, pans .. however the funny...

“Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything.
