“This is a room in a student residence. On the one hand the staff is pleasant (though available only 30 hours per week) and the location is in a quiet, upscale, convenient neighborhood. There is plenty of heat, which the guest can regulate, which is not a given in London. On the minus side, the guest is offered nothing beyond a room that is clean and spacious upon arrival but not serviced during the stay. No soap, no cup. They give you a roll of toilet paper, but if you leave it at the toilet...

“Arrived 5 pm on a dark rainy evening with my two young teenage boys to find none of the beds were made up when I questioned the agent City Relay they informed me there was a pest issue and relocated us to a far inferior property and stated their policy is not to refund their clients with the difference between the superior and inferior property. The property actually looks really nice unfortunately the agent running the place stank and I will make a point of not booking anything that they manage...
