“The house is in a quiet area and is centrally located for everything we needed to do. Parking is only good for one vehicle though do to neighbors that live in the area taking up other available spots. Overall it served our needs for the trip and I would be willing to rent again.”

“Adorable property. Great neighborhood. Great beds and linens. There is a large 2 story house being built on the property. The workers were not exceptionally loud and we don’t have kids that needed to nap- so not a problem.”

Not the ones who’d look for a play area. Communication was fast and easy from the beginning to end. We enjoyed our brief stay.”

“* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

“A very nice house in a nice part of the city. Contact with the owner goes very smoothly. There are bikes to ride around. Shops, restaurants also. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the beach in Santa Monica.”
