“The house is in a quiet area and is centrally located for everything we needed to do. Parking is only good for one vehicle though do to neighbors that live in the area taking up other available spots. Overall it served our needs for the trip and I would be willing to rent again.”

“The house is wonderful, especially the pool and hot tub area. The beds are very comfy, and there is a lovely full-body massage chair. Be careful. It may lull you right to sleep. The house has a little wear and tear, and the location leaves a little to be desired. We did encounter unhoused people near the entry gate, but they didn't cause us any trouble. We never felt unsafe. There are a few good places to eat nearby (Con Huevos was tasty and walking distance), but if you want dinner/drinks/a...

“We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this home! The location was perfect for our trip—we were within walking distance of SoFi Stadium, which made getting to and from events incredibly convenient. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Our host was also extremely friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!”

“Great place to stay as it's very close to both Kia Forum and SoFi! The beds were comfortable too. Host was quick to answer any questions I had!”

“Great place and handy to the stadium and lots of other stuff. Thanks for having us. Marcus.”

“Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous.”

“great experience and perfect place to stay for a little get away! good communication with Oscar, would book in the future again!!”

“* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

“The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. It was very close to SoFi stadium (about 3.5 miles). There is a cool gameroom with a pool table, foosball, etc. I had no idea, but it was a pleasant surprise.”

“Great”

“Check-in was effortless and the place was clean, quite comfortable and looked exactly as advertised. Literally close to everything! I’d say this place is more suitable for a family with teens. Not the ones who’d look for a play area. Communication was fast and easy from the beginning to end. We enjoyed our brief stay.”
