In the commune of Inguiniel, we offer this magnificent 270 m² forest farmhouse with heated swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a large 48 m² living room (with fireplace), fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a huge garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 48 m² cathedral-style living room with sofas, fireplace (wood provided), TV, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including a working fireplace, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine and Nespresso pod coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (140×200) with en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) with en-suite bathroom and bath
- 2 separate WCs
- 1 shower
- Under the stairs: 1 cleaning room with hoover, ironing board and iron.
- Behind the kitchen: 1 utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes line and broom cupboard

First floor:
- A study/library area on the mezzanine overlooking the living room.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: two single beds making a double bed (160x190).
- Bedroom 6: two single beds (80x190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside area :
- A swimming pool (private, heated) measuring 11×3.30m as well as an electric shutter. Open from 1 May to 30 September (weather permitting).
- A very large, partly wooded, unfenced garden of 32,767 m².
- A 50 m² terrace with barbecue and barbecue grill.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Inguiniel, in a very pleasant and quiet setting in a private lane. The house is surrounded by woods ideal for walks and relaxation, with only the sound of birdsong to keep you company. All the essential shops are just 15 minutes away.

Activities :
The green and undulating commune of Inguiniel, separated from north to south by a good fifteen kilometres as the crow flies, offers all walkers paths, undergrowth, forests, hamlets and villages, farms and passages on the banks of the Scorff through which it is pleasant to venture.
- The beaches are a 40-minute drive away.
- The communal forest of Lann Bourgeol is home to an orienteering course.
- Kayaking on the Blavet.
- Lorient, a city of art and history and France's second-largest fishing port, is a 30-minute drive away.

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest train station: Lanvaudan station 9.5 km away (12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud airport 35 km away (35 minutes by car).

- The fireplace is functional, wood is provided
- Pets accepted for a supplement of €15. Only one pet per stay.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- No parties or evenings are permitted on site.
- For the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, no noise nuisance from 10pm to 7am.
- The accommodation is strictly non-smoking.
