“Very spacious, clean, and comfortable two-story suite in the downtown area. We loved staying there and highly recommend it. That said, there were some easily addressed deficiencies in the access process. We were given a name for our suite and an access code that we were told would work for entry to the house AND the suite. The code worked for the building but not the suite. Also, none of the suites are marked with names; they’re all numbered.”

“Our stay fit our needs just right. We needed a clean place to crash while spending most of our time in Acadia or somewhere on the island, and this spot is just minutes from crossing over to the island. <5 mins to great morning coffee spots, several lobster shacks. Having white noise helps drown out road noise. Wifi in room 10 is spotty and needs an extender, as cell service is sparse. I would definitely suggest adding more wall hooks throughout the room and bathroom - much easier to hang up gear...

“We hiked Acadia, traveled to Quoddy Lighthouse, Lubic and to Nubble lighthouse. This was such a retreat to come back to in the evenings.James provides extra touches that truly make you feel like his personal guest.”

“We decided to head up to Acadia before the crowds. We loved this location of the VRBO. It was cozy and clean. Also, it was minutes away from Bar harbor and Acadia National Park. Communication with the owner was easy and always timely. I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Great location. Peaceful. Close to Acadia, Bar Harbor and Northeast Harbor. Really convenient location. Clean, quiet, well furnished and nicely equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple but can accommodate a family of 4 easily. ”

“Immaculate property right over Main Street in Ellsworth. We were able to easily walk to a couple of breweries and a great breakfast place up the street. Owners were very responsive and check-in was super easy.”

“The Snuggery was one of our favorite stays! The location was great, and it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the coffee beans were much appreciated. So fun to be able to walk around the corner to the quaint little town of Southwest Harbor, yet be so close to Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, etc. Communication with the host was easy as well.”
