“Bathroom wasn’t in great condition ”

“My Dad and I booked a once in a life time trip to India, once we arrived at the apartment at 1am there was no one there to check us in. Before travelling I was advised to contact the care taker who would let us in, i called and called (as well as reception) and no one answered Leading to us having to check in to an alternative hotel for the night. I am still fighting for a refund for the first night... I wouldnt call the apartments serviced, as it would only 'serviced' the first two days out of...

“This property did not turn out to be what you see in the pictures. The property is very old, run down and not maintained well was not kept clean. We had stains on our bed sheets, pillow cases and towels upon arrival and even though they were asked to be changed, the new ones still had stains on them. The bathrooms were not kept clean as well, as well as all fixtures being old and worn down. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. I would not recommend this property. ”

“This was by far, one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in...ever. To even find the hotel itself was a pain as it is inside a building on the 6th floor, not explained when booking. Then, when wanting to pay via CC, they wanted me to go to another location entirely to pay....they did not have CC machine on location. No hot water for shower. Bugs and cockroaches in the room. Stay away.”
