“Telephone disrupted our sraybevery day missing calls and unknown persons calling we gave to call Reception and disengage unit. Friday night and Saturday the noise coming from the restaurant till midnight make us impossible to rest and sleep , no wonder we found earplugs in room , we sincerely believe that we deserve a refund and an apology , the cleaning service was good but the above make our stay during Friday night and Saturday miserable ”

“Well located in Grafton, the room was stylish and large. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was large, very clean and well appointed. The room faced onto the road but this didn't matter as there was double glazing so traffic noise was not noticed at all. This is my go-to accommodation in Grafton from now on.”

“This property is in a very quiet area , close to shopping centres and clubs. The only negative is that the reception area doesn't seem to be manned as regularly as one would like but, overall, I do recommend this motel for anyone wishing to stay in Muswellbrook. ”

“Amazing/extremely helpful reception staff member greeted me on arrival (lady)! I was super impressed and felt right at home. True blue Aussie hospitality! More places need that. Rooms were great too - clean, tidy, and served the purpose. I will stay here again on my travels.”
