“I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.”

“Walking distance to downtown - explored museum and purchased many nice one of a kind pieces of art from local artists at the art center. Hal was the staff on duty, he is very knowledgeable about the local artists and the county in general. The room was great with air conditioning! It was a 102 degrees when we visited. There is a lovely seating area on the porch surrounded by a yard with a water fountain. Noelle the owner was easily contacted by text and noticed that the cleaning fee was too...

“Very nice property, easy access to downtown and anywhere else you want to go. Nice garden. Really enjoyed my stay. Constructive feedback:4 lids that do not fit any of the pots are useless. A frying pan would be good A drying rack for dishes please.Also .more silverware ”

“So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.”

“This was a very cute place. They are very dog friendly, had dog bowls out for your pets, a cute little yard for them. The place was very clean, comfortable. Quiet little cull-de sac. I would stay here again when I am visiting Chico. ”

“We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. ”
